How Build works
The result is agreed before the work starts.
A fixed price gives certainty only when the outcome and boundaries are clear. Uncertain work is reviewed before it is quoted.

Entry points
Review first when the unknowns are expensive.
A focused Review starts from £1,500. High-uncertainty work uses a deeper Discovery, normally £2,500 to £5,000. Discovery is credited against the build when the work proceeds.
Review and Discovery are ways to reach an honest Build scope. They are not separate products.
