These terms cover your use of the Kyln website. They are not the terms of an engagement. Project and care work is governed by a separate written agreement and statement of work, signed before anything starts. If those ever conflict with this page, the signed agreement wins.

You’re welcome to read, link to, and share the site. Please don’t misuse it: no attempts to break, overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with it, and nothing unlawful. We may change or take down any part of the site at any time.

The words, design, brand marks, and code on this site are Kyln’s, except where we credit someone else (see the licences page). You may not pass them off as your own. Open-source components remain under their own licences.

The site and anything on it are provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and nothing here is professional advice for your specific situation.

To the extent the law allows, Kyln isn’t liable for loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
