Does monitoring mean 24-hour human support?

No. Automated monitoring can run continuously. Human support follows the contracted hours and response expectations written into the service boundary.

Can Kyln take over an application built elsewhere?

Usually, after an onboarding audit. Website audits normally cost £500. Application and infrastructure audits normally cost £2,500 because the code, deployment, backups and access need to be checked before Kyln takes responsibility.

Are new features included?

No. Care covers the agreed operation and maintenance boundary. New features and substantial changes are quoted separately through Kyln Build.
