Start with the job: build something, keep something working, or put someone senior in charge of the technical decisions. Kyln will recommend one product and quote the responsibility clearly.
Website scope from £175 a month. Audit normally £500.
Application scope from £750 per application per month.
Infrastructure scope from £500 per environment per month.
Application and infrastructure audits normally £2,500. Three-month minimum.

We make the technical decisions and stay accountable.
Default Fractional CTO: £5,000 a month.
Roughly one day a week. Three-month minimum.
Advisor at £2,500 when the need is clearly smaller.
Embedded at £9,000 when deeper operating involvement is required.
All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT. Cloud, licences and third-party services remain separate client costs.
Build is fixed-price work. Care covers an agreed operating boundary. Fractional CTO covers judgement and ownership. They are quoted separately when a client needs more than one.
