The development
Swift Place Coombe is a gated development of six luxury family homes in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. Each home is about 2,800 sq ft with five bedrooms, backing onto Malden Golf Course, about 45 minutes from central London.
Prospects needed more than a brochure PDF. They needed to understand the place, see the homes, and enquire without chasing agents by phone.
